This gourmet sugar is made with unrefined cane sugar from Madagascar and the Reunion Islands, carefully blended with blackberry pulp and natural extract to produce the most divine tasting sugar. For a truly sensational ‘berrylicious’ muesli, add a little to a muesli mix containing lots of our summer berries. Alternatively, it's great for making an amazing blackberry and apple pie, in yoghurt or sprinkled on a fresh fruit salad.
