We aim to mix and despatch all customised mueslis within 72 hours of receipt of order. So, allowing for a fair wind (and a decent postal service), your muesli should be ready for munching within a week. Depending on stock availability, all products from the Cook Shop will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. Gift vouchers are sent electronically immediately you have paid - just enter the intended recipients email address on the 'Treat A Friend' page. If you need the voucher to be posted, then please contact us.

Standard delivery:
This is via Royal Mail 2nd class post, which should take no more than three working days.
Express delivery:
If you simply cannot wait to start munching on your order or using one of our lovely Cook Shop items, then we can send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day, so as long as you place your order with us before 10am Monday- Thursday. It generally works for orders placed by 10am on a Friday, but we cannot guarantee this.
Mailing overseas:
We have decided that due to the rather 'ungreen' nature of sending muesli great distances, we will not despatch outside the UK.

Returns:
We only accept the return of customised muesli if there is a quality issue. Each muesli mix is made to your own specification and unfortunately we cannot be responsible if you do not like your resulting blend!
We will refund, in full, any product purchased from the Cook Shop, as long as it is returned within 7 days. Obviously, if any item purchased from the Cook Shop is faulty we will take it back at any time.
Please obtain a certificate of posting, available free of charge from the Post Office for any returns
