This gourmet sugar is made with unrefined cane sugar from Madagascar and the Reunion Islands, carefully blended with ground ginger to produce a rich, highly flavoured 'hot' tasting sugar.

Great with any of our muesli mixes but comes into its own when sprinkled over a half grapefruit or fresh pineapple and baked under a grill!
