This gourmet sugar is made with unrefined cane sugar from Madagascar and the Reunion Islands, carefully blended with orange zest and natural extract to produce a very citrussy flavoured sugar with a wonderful aroma.

This sugar marries well with all things chocolate so it makes a fabulous chocolate mousse, as well as making great caramelised oranges when sprinkled over orange slices and walnuts and grilled at a high temperature. It also makes a change from classic lemon and sugar, when sprinkled over pancakes and of course makes the perfect 'crêpes suzette'.
