This delicious gourmet sugar is made from unrefined cane sugar from Madagascar and the Reunion Islands, flavoured with four complementary spices - cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.

Sprinkled over any muesli, it adds a touch of the exotic and a hint of warmth. It is great sprinkled over pineapple or other fresh fruits, makes wonderful rum cocktails and can be used to add a touch of sugar and spice in any sweet and sour or oriental cooking.
