This delicious sugar is made with unrefined cane sugar from Madagascar and the Reunion Islands, carefully blended with ground vanilla pods to give you a taste sensation that will delight - rich, full and highly aromatic.

Vanilla is one of the most popular flavours in the world, originating in Mexico (where they believed in its aphrodisiac qualities!). The flavouring comes from the seed pod or ‘bean’ of the vanilla orchid.
